The CLIMPs Project, carried out by the Kocaeli Investment Monitoring and Coordination Directorate (Kocaeli DIMC) with our Bureau’s consultancy, commenced on July 31, 2024.

Funded under the “Town Twinning Grant Scheme between Türkiye and the EU” (TTGS II), implemented in cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye, this project primarily focuses on providing effective support to medium and large-scale Industrial Manufacturing Platforms such as Organised Industrial Zones, Industrial Clusters, Free Zones, and large-scale factories. The project primarily aims to develop a sustainable town twinning mechanism between Turkish and European actors to create an effective ‘2030 Climate Change Action Plan’ for medium and large-scale Industrial Manufacturing Platforms.
